We understand the importance of building a strong and trustworthy relationship between designer and customer in order to get the best results.
When you choose to work with us, the first step is to meet with you to get to know you and discuss a brief outline of your project. We ask you to bring along some images of the space, perhaps some references of styles you like or dislike. If the meeting is held at our workshop it gives us an opportunity to show you examples of our finished work and for you to see the home of your design for the duration of its creation.
Following that initial briefing, we arrange a personal consultation at your residence where we can talk about our ideas for design in practical terms, the finish and colour options and also any additional inclusions such as appliances that may be needed. This will also enable us to collect detailed measurements and get a sense of the surrounding environment and your own personal tastes.
With that information the third step will be to produce a detailed design that is personal to you and we will go through several iterations before coming to the perfect solution that suits your needs.
Once the design is agreed we can produce an accurate quote for the proposed project.
To proceed with the build, we would take a 10% deposit at which stage we will be able to give you an expected timeframe for installation. On manufacture we will require a further 40% deposit, and during this stage we’d invite you to visit us and see how your project is taking shape. Nearer completion of the elements, we can arrange the perfect day to start installation, even co-ordinating other services such as plumbers, electricians and the Granite template.
Upon delivery of the project components, we will require a further 40% payment and once we have finished and you are happy with your new piece of furniture or bespoke kitchen the final 10% will become due.
