Bespoke handmade kitchen
Designed for everyday living with a central island for sitting and relaxing at the beginning and end of each day. The client lived in a small village surrounded by fields and hills, so wanted colours to bring the outside scenery inside, and to keep bring more light into the room to make is seem bigger.
With a shaker style door painted in a light grey and finished with chrome knobs, this bespoke handmade kitchen had a mix of traditional style with a contemporary finish. With the addition of a curved end to the wooden island worktop, which was finished with L.E.D lighting on the plinths, there was a feeling of a free flowing design around the rest of the kitchen. We placed the Miele oven, warming drawer and microwave with the Induction hob close by so all the cooking was able to be carried out in one area. The client also wanted a Quooker boiling tap included, so we managed to match the Quooker tap to the Perrin & Rowe bridge tap that we sourced for them. We also included a chef’s larder with vegetable baskets, spice racks and a wine rack; as well as a large amount of storage, this made sure that everything had a place.
